Terms of Service Agreement

Eleven Oh 7’s Premium Membership Community

Effective Date: 07/11/2021

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using the Eleven Oh 7 Premium Membership Community (“Community”) offered by Eleven Oh 7 (“Company”). By accessing or using the Community, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Community.

  1. Membership Eligibility:
    1.1. Membership in the Community is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
    1.2. By joining the Community, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
  2. Membership Benefits:
    2.1. As a member of the Community, you will receive exclusive access to various benefits, including but not limited to:
    • Exclusive vegan recipes and meal plans
    • Expert tips, resources, and educational content
    • Community forums and discussion boards
    • Discounts on select products and services.
      2.2. The specific benefits and features may vary and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
  3. Membership Fees:
    3.1. Membership in the Community requires a reoccurring monthly payment of $15 USD which is the applicable membership fee.
    3.2. The membership fee, payment frequency, and payment methods will be clearly indicated on the My Eleven Oh 7 website and it is also highlighted above..
    3.3. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the membership fee according to the chosen payment frequency.
  4. Term and Termination:
    4.1. The term of the membership will begin upon payment and continue for the selected membership period (e.g., monthly, annually).
    4.2. You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedure provided on the Eleven Oh 7 website.
    4.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.
  5. Use of Community:
    5.1. You agree to use the Community for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
    5.2. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the Community.
    5.3. You are solely responsible for any content you post or share within the Community, and you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, and distribute such content.
  6. Privacy:
    6.1. The Company will collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
    6.2. By using the Community, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranty:
    7.1. The Community is provided on an “as-is” basis, and the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
    7.2. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  8. Limitation of Liability:
    8.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Community or this Agreement.
    8.2. The Company’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the membership fees paid by you.
  9. Modifications to the Agreement:
    9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Eleven Oh 7 websites.
    9.2. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Community after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
  10. Governing Law:
    10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

By accessing or using the Eleven Oh 7 Premium Membership Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
