My personal favourites, along with some of my friends; are the pizzas, the pastas, ice creams, smoothies, waffles, pancakes etc My only critiques would be on the vegan fyshcakes and the fried king oyster mushrooms because I want to see this business continue to thrive and take big steps. For the vegan fyshcakes; I would suggest using banana blossom, jackfruit or soursop as your vegan fysh fillers (soak the soursop in water with nori sheets and seamoss to get that sea taste) because the filler you are using now taste creamy, but it makes the fyshcakes taste soggy, and is also taking away from your bless seasoning and flavours. Changing the filler will upgrade this signature dish to a 10/10. For the fried king oyster mushrooms; The texture is cooked to perfection, but the seasoning or marinade is overpowering. I would suggest balancing out those flavours and this will be a 10/10 dish. I'm giving this constructive criticism as a highly experienced vegan chef that wants to see your business continue to blossom and bloom in Barbados and all over the world.ROVA6.
